Description: The project is located at 258 Armory Drive, Clyde, North Carolina 28721. The project includes renovations to the existing Armory facility, the addition of an EMS base garage facility, an auxiliary building and associated utility appurtenances, and roadway improvements. The scope of work generally includes construction of above referenced facilities and renovations, demolition, erosion control measures, excavation/filling/grading, retaining wall, asphalt paving, guardrail, sidewalks, stormwater infrastructure, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and underground utilities. Utilities will include installation of a water main extension, water services & meter, sewer manhole, sewer service lines and electrical connections. Completion of work is expected within 300 days of Notice to Proceed.
