The selected firm will provide complete architectural and engineering services for design and construction administration of the Transportation Department Office Expansion and Miscellaneous Upgrades as described in the Introduction. The Architect/Engineer shall provide traditional basic architectural and engineering services including civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection and electrical engineering services and other authorized special services. Other special services may include interior design and landscape design, appropriate to the project. The contracted services will include full and complete design services including, but not limited to building program identification and verification, schematic design, design development, construction documents including project specifications and project manual, cost estimating at each design phase, bidding services as needed, construction administration/supervision/quality control, and project close out Union County intends to deliver the project using the Design Bid Build method.
