Specifications include, but are not limited to: traditional Architectural Services, general design services, engineering services, design review and consultation, and construction administration services along with other authorized special services appropriate to the project such as, but not limited to, facility condition assessment, feasibility studies, space planning, space needs assessment, program verification, interior design, food service/kitchen design, graphic design, acoustical design, signage/wayfinding and building enclosure. The services will be provided for capital projects, but not limited to, those identified in the 2023 Union County Capital Improvement Plan (CIP), or subsequent amendments or updates to the CIP, 2023 Union County Water Capital Improvement Plan (CIP), or subsequent amendments or updates to the CIP, and any other capital projects undertaken by Union County divisions or departments.
