Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Applications Services team in the Division of Information Technology at WCU, which is responsible for the effective operations of the university’s ERP and related enterprise applications, is seeking a vendor to conduct a program review. The objectives of this review will include: • Assessing the strengths and gaps of the Applications Services program relative to Higher Education industry standards and WCU business and technology objectives. • Identifying improvement strategies o Include recommendations in areas such as • IT Service Delivery Processes, IT Operations and Maintenance • IT Roles and Responsibilities • IT Organization Structure and Staffing o Define potential technology and strategies that can improve the Applications Services environment o Identify areas where improvements, including but not limited to process improvements and organizational changes, could result in increased contribution by Applications Services o Deliver a document outlining strategies for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of WCU’s Applications Services environment • Using the findings of the above assessment, developing a roadmap that outlines and prioritizes recommendations.
