Specifications include, but are not limited to: North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University (NCATSU) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to Providing weekly professional landscape and/or landscape services at identified campus buildings/common areas and offsite locations. Maintenance will include landscape maintenance: trimming, edging, blowing, leaf/debris removal, trash removal, weeding, weed chemical applications, mulching, plant installation, irrigation maintenance, snow removal as needed for all identified buildings. Landscape and Lawn maintenance at off-site locations. Lawn maintenance includes mowing, seeding/aeration, and soil testing. Initial clean up/maintenance is required. 1-3 year maintenance agreement.
