Specifications include, but are not limited to: PRELIMINARY EVALUATION Meet with County staff to review Brunswick County Public Utility’s assets and their location. Review with County staff what an RRA is and the potential hazards, threats, and risks. Discuss with County staff what is Vulnerability Self-Assessment Tool (VSAT) and the ramifications of performing an RRA. Facilitate the determination of what hazards, threats, and risks should be addressed in the RRA and the appropriate response in the ERP. FIELD DATA COLLECTION Based on the Preliminary Evaluation the selected firm should develop a route for visiting assets around the County that allows for the efficient collection of data and necessary information to perform an assessment of the County’s critical water and wastewater infrastructure per the AWIA and AWWA standards. DRAFT REPORT This report will incorporate findings from the field visits. There should be an executive summary followed by a table that lists all assets being evaluated, their potential hazards, threats, and risks and to what degree they effect the overall water supply should one be compromised. An industry standard grading system should be employed. Discuss what data will be entered into VSAT and its outcome.
