Amendment 0001 has been issued to answer questions from potential Offerors and add VAAR 852.222-71. Please see attached amendment and include a signed and dated copy with your quotation package.
The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and supplies necessary to provide grounds' maintenance, burial support, and janitorial services for Raleigh National Cemetery. This is a consolidated contract with a Service Contract Act (SCA) wage determination and also a Davis Bacon Act (DBA) wage determination. Contract line items that should be priced using Davis Bacon Act wages are identified as such on the Price Schedule, and all other line items should be priced using the SCA wage determination. This will be a IDIQ contract with a base and four (4) option years, if exercised. See attached Combined Synopsis Solicitation for full details.
