Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.Only training companies/vendors who utilize only approved instructors through the Department of Homeland Security areeligible to submit proposals. NCEM Training Staff will determine verification through contact with the USFA AHIMTProgram Manager and the EMI All Hazards Position Specific Course Manager.2.Offerors must provide proof of experience in providing high quality presentations of the AHIMT Course and AHIMT PositionSpecific Course to be verified through four (4) references demonstrating positive presentation performance within the lasttwelve (12) months. References should include agency name, address, telephone number, fax number, primary contact,and date of service.3.Offeror must provide company background, including years in business, volume of clients, number of employees, areas ofexpertise, and a list of relevant services the company provides.4.Offeror must provide the company's most current Financial Information as listed under Proposal Requirements thatdemonstrates the financial capability to provide the requested service.5.Offeror may provide other information the Offeror deems pertinent to demonstrating its qualifications to perform the servicesbeing requested.6.Course Requirements
