Specifications include, but are not limited to: Upgrade/replace the legacy Stanley Best access control door hardware with new access control door hardware that will integrate with the existing Software House access control platform. Use existing door hardware where it is possible. If hardware needs to be replaced, use Allegion/Von Duprin, ASSA ABLOY, Corbin Russwin. Installation, programming and testing of all door hardware and controllers needed to communicate with the existing Software House access control platform. Wired solutions are preferred. Electrical locking hardware consisting of electric strikes, electrified lever sets and motorized crash bars for the use of mechanical egress and manual override of the system in the case of emergency.
