THE LOCATION OF EXISTING SEWER, WATER OR GAS LINES, CONDUITS OR OTHER STRUCTURES ACROSS, UNDERNEATH, OR OTHERWISE ALONG THE LINE OF PROPOSED WORK ARE NOT NECESSARILY SHOWN ON THE PLANS, AND IF SHOWN ARE ONLY APPROXIMATE. CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY LOCATION AND ELEVATION OF ALL UNDERGROUND UTILITIES SHOWN ON THE PLANS IN AREAS OF CONSTRUCTION PRIOR TO STARTING WORK. DAMAGE TO UTILITIES (INCLUDING UNDERGROUND) OR PROPERTY OF OTHERS BY CONTRACTOR DURING CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE REPAIRED TO PRE-CONSTRUCTION CONDITIONS BY CONTRACTOR AT NO COST TO OWNER. 10. EXISTING PAVEMENT AND OTHER SURFACES DISTURBED BY CONTRACTOR (WHICH ARE NOT TO BE REMOVED) SHALL BE REPAIRED TO LIKE-NEW CONDITION.
