• Art Integration Institute: o Facilitate the Art Integration Institute for qualifying schools, focusing on effective strategies for incorporating the arts into classroom instruction o Assist with volunteer recruitment & sales for students in an annual school system Arts Showcase event (Pieces of Gold or Gifts of Gold) • Arts in Schools Program: o Provide qualifying schools with access to the Arts in Schools program, which includes performances, workshops, and artists in residencies designed to enrich student learning o Provide curated Artist directory for schools to select artists o Execute an expo for all schools to attend to learn more about the program o Additional services, including workshops or performances not included in the Artist in Schools Catalog, as needed • Vendor services are expected to cover approximately 400 programs at roughly 120 qualifying schools • The provider shall adhere to all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement to ensure high-quality, impactful arts education experiences for students. • Ant award shall be for a one-year term. WCPSS reserves the right to extend contracts at its sole discretion for two (2) additional one-year terms at the same cost.
