SOURCES SOUGHT FOR AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION (AHA) TRAINING MATERIALS 2025
In accordance with FAR Part 10 - Market Research, this sources sought notice is being issued by 905th CBn on behalf of the Special Warfare Medical Group, United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) to identify vendors capable of providing essential medical training materials and resources for Special Operations Forces (SOF) medical personnel. This sources sought notice is intended for planning purposes only to determine industry interest and capability. This notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal. The Government is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. This notice should not be construed as a contract, a promise to contract, or a commitment of any kind by the Government. Requests for solicitation will not receive a response. All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the U.S. Government. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests. The U.S. Government reserves the right to reject, in whole or in part, any input as a result of this market survey. The U.S. Government is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this survey. If a formal solicitation is generated at a later date, a solicitation notice will be published.
Description: The Special Warfare Medical Group is seeking vendors capable of providing essential medical training materials from the American Heart Association (AHA). These materials are necessary for initial certification and renewals as required by USSOCOM Manual 350-29. The requested materials must be the most recent editions, with the latest published on 22 October 2025.

- AHA ACLS Provider Manuals = 250 each
- AHA 2025 Handbook of Emergency Cardiovascular Care = 250 each
- AHA BLS Instructor Package: DVD Videos = 75 each
- AHA ACLS Instructor Package: DVD Videos = 75 each
- AHA ACLS Posters (Set of 10) = 75 each
Submission Information: Responses should be submitted no later than 27 JAN 2026, at 4:30 PM EST. Interested vendors are encouraged to respond with a brief description of their capabilities, relevant experience in medical training resources, and any pertinent certifications or qualifications.
