Edgecombe County Sheriff’s Office Communications known as “ECSO”, invites bids for a quantity of (5) Dispatch Consoles for ECSO Communications Center at 3005 Anaconda Road, Tarboro, NC 27886. Public Safety Communications Centers pose unique challenges and demands for dispatchers and for the furniture they use. Unlike an office environment, personnel are often in high-stress situations and reference multiple monitors and ancillary equipment with urgency. They must remain focused and comfortable, and without unnecessary distractions. The proposal should include a turnkey solution to include design, installation, and associated warranties. Additionally, the proposal should include any additional services or extended warranties as options.
