Demolition and Removal • Disconnect and safely remove existing fine screen equipment, including: o Mechanical screen(s) o Associated structural supports or mounting hardware o Electrical connections and conduits o Disconnect and remove existing control panels and associated wiring • Properly dispose of or recycle all removed materials in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations • Inspect the influent channel and surrounding structures for any damage or deterioration and report findings • System shall remain operational at all times during removal and replacement of equipment. Installation of New Fine Screen Equipment • New Fine Screen equipment is currently stored onsite. • The Contractor shall be responsible for moving the stored equipment to the jobsite as part of their work. Any damage to the new equipment shall be the contractor's responsibility. • Prepare channel or structure for installation, including any modifications or reinforcement needed to support new equipment
