A. The mowing contractor shall provide all required mowing, trimming and edging services. All areas to be mowed to a height of three and one half inches (3 1/2”) unless otherwise indicated. B. Prior to mowing, all litter and debris including signs will be removed and disposed of by the mowing contractor. Trimmings left or blown into the paved areas from string trimmers or edgers may be blown back into the grass areas provided it is not excessive. Hand held or back pack blowers shall be used to remove these trimmings from the paved areas. C. Contracts include all edging, trimming of gutters, curbs, curb lines sidewalks, utility poles, signs, etc. Responsibility begins at the edge of the pavement and joint at the gutter.
