The awarded companies shall be responsible for servicing and maintaining all ice machine units in the reference building list. 2. The awarded company will be required to complete (2) pre-scheduled site visits per year, please include on the bid sheet provided the amount of man hours per each visit. 3. The awarded company shall appoint a project coordinator to be the sole point of contact during the duration of the Service Agreement. The coordinator must have the ability to fluently read, speak, and write in the English language. Wayne County will require technical support 24 hours a day 7 days a week. A contact person and phone number will need to be provided for technical assistance. 4. Wayne County is requesting that the awarded vendor dispose of all used chemicals. 5. The awarded company will clean condenser coils annually (including chemicals) 6. The contractor is responsible for the damage to Wayne County Property and shall immediately notify the assigned Facilities Director of such damages.
