Specifications include, but are not limited to: Uniformed/unarmed security officer services will be scheduled at the following specified locations (see the attached Premises and Sites): a. Wayne County Courthouse b. Wayne County Office Building c. Wayne County Department of Social Services Annex (Borden Building). The services requested in this RFP may be provided via fixed, modified or roving structured posts shall include but are not limited to: a. Entry and access control processes, procedures and operations including visitor and employee credentials, badges and logging procedures; b. Checking of individuals at and within site perimeters, maintaining security of the surrounding perimeter and the properties within the perimeter; c. Contraband identification and detection methods; d. Maintain familiarity with all areas of assigned facilities; e. Operations of communication equipment reasonably expected to be employed with the duty assignment, including proficiency in the use of accepted communication terminology and phonetics.
