Sealed proposals for completion of the Swansboro Elementary School HVAC Replacement will be received on August 29, 2023 at 1:00 PM, in the office of the Onslow County School District, Operations and Facilities Division, Meeting Room #4, 200 Broadhurst Road, Jacksonville, NC 28540. All bids will be opened and read aloud starting at 1:00 P.M.. All times are local prevailing times. This is an ESSER III funded project. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on August 7, 2023 at 9:00 AM, at Swansboro Elementary School, 118 School Road, Swansboro, NC 28584. Complete plans and specifications may be obtained from Cheatham and Associates, P.A., 3412 Enterprise Drive, Wilmington, NC 28405, (910) 452-4210 during normal office hours beginning 8:00 AM, August 1, 2023.
