The City of Burlington Recreation Department is soliciting qualified companies to provide full service concession operations for 4 diamond fields located on the baseball side of Springwood Park Athletic Complex, 1450 Springwood Church Rd. Burlington, NC 27215.

Burlington’s Springwood Park is the latest addition to the City of Burlington’s extensive park system.  The park was opened September 1, 2004.  A wide array of activities are featured at the 78 acre park including: regulation fields for baseball, softball, and soccer; two concession/restroom buildings; two picnic shelters available to rent; disc golf; two playgrounds; and a walking track. Tournaments are held on the baseball side of the park over 35 weekends of the year, along with youth programming in both the spring and fall. These tournaments range from one to four days depending on the type of tournament. The soccer side of the park hosts four to eight tournaments each year, as well as youth games in the spring and fall. 

The historical annual gross revenue from concessions is $60k-$70k with potential for higher revenue depending on menu selection, quality, and pricing.
