Summary of Specifications:
The Jacksonville Recreation and Parks Department is in the process of purchasing jerseys and hats for youth baseball and softball. We would like to give an opportunity for your agency to bid on the following items to be purchased by May 31, 2011.
Please take the time to review the following request and consider pending your availability. We will begin accepting bids on Monday January 31, 2011 at 5pm. Submitted quote must include items to be purchased, screen charges, setup fees, embroidery charges, shipping and handling, and grand total. We reserve the right to reject any or all bids.
Please itemize and list separately the following items:
**Note** The color printed/embroidered on shirts/hats may vary up to ten different colors. (ex. navy shirts/hats with red print/embroidery)
*1265 - Gildan Heavy Weight 100% cotton t-shirts with one color print on the front, number on the back and sponsor name on the back.
*1130 - Augusta Micro Mesh hats with one color embroidered logo.
*330 - Augusta Micro Mesh Visors with one color embroidered logo.
