Summary of Specifications:
The Jacksonville Recreation and Parks Department is in the process of purchasing warning track material (crushed brick chips) for softball/baseball fields. We would like to give an opportunity for your agency to bid on the following material to be purchased by January 30,2013.

Please take the time to review the following request and consider. We will begin accepting bids on December 5, 2012 at 12pm. If you should have any additional questions, please contact Melody Strickland at (910)938-5304.

Submitted quotes must include material per ton to be purchased, freight/shipping per ton, tax, and grand total. Please itemize and list separately the following:

* 140 tons of 1/4'-1/2' crushed red brick chips.

* Freight per ton to deliver material to Jacksonville Recreation and Parks Department, 100 Recreation Cir., Jacksonville, NC 28546.

The Jacksonville Recreation and Parks Department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
