Summary of Specifications:
This project is to include the milling of approximately 8,700 square yards of existing pavement to a depth of six (6) inches below the edge of the curb. Once the milling has been completed, cleaned, and inspected, a tack coat will be applied followed by four (4) inches of B-25.0B super-pave base course asphalt. After the entire street has been milled and the base course installed, two (2) inches of S-9.5B super-pave asphalt will be applied in a continuous surface course. Permanent traffic markings and lane dividers will be done with NCDOT approved thermo plastics.
