Summary of Specifications:
The Jacksonville Recreation and Parks Department is in the process of purchasing jerseys and hats for youth baseball, softball, basketball, and volleyball. We would like to give an opportunity for your agency to bid on the following items to be purchased by June 30, 2015. Please take the time to review the following request and consider pending your availability. We will begin accepting bids on Friday, June 20, 2014. The bidding process will end on Wednesday, June 25, 2014 at 5pm. If you should have any additional questions, please contact Herschel Pylant at (910) 938-2538. Submitted quote must include items to be purchased, screen charges, setup fees, embroidery charges, shipping and handling, tax, and grand total. You may substitute items with greater or equal quality. We reserve the right to reject any or all bids. Please itemize and list separately the following items:
