Summary of Specifications:
The City of JAcksonville is seeking quotes for the removal of spoil form the Public Service Complex. The spoil pile is a combination of excavation materials that include but are not limited to dirt, asphalt, concrete and other materails.There are no hazardous materials in the spoil pile. Quotes must be based on a per cubic yard basis, quotes should include all surcharges t oinclude but not limited to fuel, loading and dumping offsite. Quotes will also need to include the use of the vendors equipment t oload all materails, City of Jacksonville will not assist with any loading of spoil or in the removal process
