Summary of Specifications:
Please provide a quotation for a white single floor, in-plant modular office manufactured by PORTAFAB or approved equal. Size shall be 16W X 20L X 9H fully assembled with minimum specifications as follows:
- polystyrene core clad vinyl gypsum insulation a minimum of 3" thick - fire and sound rated, with a thermal insulation value of at least R-11 - acoustical drop ceiling - wall-mouned air conditioner with heat strip sized for use by the office space - a minimum of 6 4-tube 2 X 4 T8 110v .95a light fixtures - 6 duplex style outlets, 110v 15a - light switches, 110v 20a - 3 4'H X 4'W steel framed windows of tempered glass - heavy duty door, 20 ga. steel 7' high with right hand swing and 20" X 30" tempered glass window - electrical package to include UL listed modular quick- connect electrical wiring, conduit, junction box, breaker panel - drawings/specifications must be provided with an Engineer's seal by a NC licensed Engineer - all components shall be color-matched
Pricing shall include all drawings, materials and hardware necessary for the complete structure assembly by City personnel. Shipping shall also be included in the pricing submitted.
