Board up existing structure located at 54-1/2 Kerr Street, Jacksonville, NC. Required OSB Sheathing 1/2" minimum boards. OSB Sheathing needs to be secured by screwing into existing structure. One door to be secured by two (2) padlocks. All windows and other door to be OSB Sheathing 1/2" minimum. If padlock door has window attached, then window needs to be OSB Sheathing secured.
