Summary of Specifications:
The City of Jacksonville, NC is requesting quotes for printer supplies. All items must be delivered in one shipment. Payment is net 30. All quotes must contain a total per item breakdown and total per order on it, or they will be disqualified from consideration. This is a request for quotes. The City of Jacksonville reserves the right to cancel the order or change it. The City of Jacksonville is requesting HP brand supplies. No Generic or substitutes will be accepted. All quotes must be faxed to 910 938-5043 or emailed to aconboy@ci.jacksonville.nc.us. No phone calls please. Please send questions via email. Quotes must include a separate line for any shipping and handing. If it is included, please make notation on the quote when submitting. When the winning quote is awarded, The City of Jacksonville requires any vendor that the city has not purchased from, return a vendor application within three days of notification that their quote was selected. If the vendor application is not returned, the bid will be awarded to another vendor.
