The City of Jacksonville is requesting BIDS for the residential construction of 794 River Court located in Jacksonville, North Carolina:
Description: Construct a residential rehabilitation of 794 River Ct as listed herein. The work shall include furnishing all safety equipment, materials, tools, labor, transportation, permits, and supervision necessary for the prosecution and completion of the work. Contractor to provide all permits and fees required to complete the job to North Carolina Building Code. All work to be done in a quality and workmanlike manner. All work to include any items or components required for a complete and functional system and issuance of a Certificate of Completion.
All bids are to be returned to Stephanie Smith by 5:00 PM on March 20, 2009 at the Community Development Division at Jacksonville City Hall located at 815 New Bridge Street, Jacksonville, NC 28540.
There is a MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference to be held on March 16, 2009 at 2:00 p.m in the Johnson Blvd Conference Room at City Hall located at 815 New Bridge Street. This pre-bid conference will be immediately followed by a site visit. Contractors must attend conference and sign in order to bid.
The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined and/or obtained at the office of Community Development Division at Jacksonville City Hall located at 815 New Bridge Street, Jacksonville, NC 28540. Persons requesting shipment of documents shall bear the additional, non-refundable cost of shipment.
The Jacksonville City Council reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids, and to accept that Bid or Bids which appear to be in the Owner's best interest.
