Summary of Specifications:
The City of Jacksonville is requesting BIDS for Residential Construction-320 Bell Fork Road located in Jacksonville, North Carolina.
All bids are to be returned to Jeff Walters by 4:00 pm on March 8, 2011 at the Community Development Division at Jacksonville City Hall located at 815 New Bridge Street, Jacksonville, NC 28540. A Pre-Bid Meeting and Site visit will beheld on February 25, 2011 at 9:00 am at the project location, 132 Cox Ave, Jacksonville, NC.
The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined and/or obtained at the office of Community Development Division at Jacksonville City Hall located at 815 New Bridge Street, Jacksonville, NC 28540. Persons requesting shipment of documents shall bear the additional, non-refundable cost of shipment. Printed plans are available upon request for the non-refundable fee of $10.00 or at no charge in electronic (PDF) form.
The Jacksonville City Council reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids, and to accept that Bid or Bids which appear to be in the Owner's best interest.
