Requests for Funding Proposals The City of Jacksonville Community Development Division is issuing a Request for Proposals for the 2005-06 Community Partnership competitive funding process. For FY 2005-06 ten grants of $1,000 each will be awarded. Four (4) copies of the completed proposal packages should be mailed or delivered to: Avril M. Pinder CD Administrator Jacksonville City Hall 815 New Bridge Street P.O. Box 128 Jacksonville, NC 28541 Phone: 910-938-5286 Submitting agencies are asked to tailor their proposals relative to the priorities of City of Jacksonville Community Development Division as outlined on Page 2 of the application. Deadline for submission is Thursday, October 19, 2005 at 4:00 p.m. No Late proposals will be accepted, regardless of delivery means. RIGHT TO REJECT PROPOSALS The City of Jacksonville reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, negotiate with any agency, and make awards in the best interest of the City of Jacksonville.
