Summary of Specifications:
This City of Jacksonville is requesting quotes for trash and debris pickup in selected areas in Jacksonville, NC.
This describes the terms and conditions for Trash and Debris Pickup for the areas listed herein. The work shall include furnishing all safety equipment, materials, tools, labor, transportation, and supervision necessary for the prosecution and completion of the work. It is the bidder’s responsibility to dispose of the trash and debris collected in a responsible and appropriate manner.
All proposals should be in a sealed envelope marked as “Request for Proposals – Trash and Debris Pickup”. Proposals are to be returned to the Facilities Manager by 2:00 PM on April 15, 2008 at the Public Services Division at Jacksonville City Hall located at 815 New Bridge Street, Jacksonville, NC 28540.
The Jacksonville City Council reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids, and to accept that Bid or Bids which appear to be in the Owner's bed interest.
