Summary of Specifications:
The City of Jacksonville is requesting quotes for the turn key purchase and installation of the PlymoVent Exhaust System for the Center for Public Safety Project based on the construction plans approved by the City. Turn key installation includes all mechanical labor, all necessary installation materials and equipment for a working system, all necessary controls for auto-start capability and mechanical ducting system for exhaust drops to include the following: • Three (3) PlymoVent Straight Rails with one drop per rail (drive-thru type with Magnetic Grabbers) • One (1) PlymoVent Simple Drop and one (1) Small Engine Adapter • All necessary ductwork for six drops (sized for future system expansion) • One (1) 8 drop 3 Phase spark resistant motor blower • One (1) roof curb for roof penetration • One (1) UL listed control panel and pressure sensors • All installation material and hardware • All system design, installation, and start-up coordination with General Contractor and Electrical Contractor • All labor, installation ,rental equipment, freight, NC sales tax, permitting, and four (4) tailpipe modifications • 48 hour response time on all warranty and service • Two periodic tune-ups per year (during the five year warranty period)
