Title: Request for Qualifications - Public Service Complex Phase II Improvements - Materials Testing Services
The City of Jacksonville is soliciting proposals from independent inspection and testing agencies to perform materials testing on behalf of the City in the construction of the Public Services Fleet Complex Phase II Project (PSC). This project consists of asphalt and concrete demolition and paving, placement of concrete curbing, installation of storm drainage, installation of a storm water detention basin, adjustment of storm water detention basin riser structures, water line and fire hydrant relocations, etc. Construction is expected to commence in November 2014 and be complete within 210 calendar days. All proposals should be in a marked envelope entitled “Request for Proposals – Materials Testing Services for the Public Services Fleet Complex Phase II Improvements”. Proposals are to be returned to the Public Services Department by 5:00 PM on October 31, 2014 at the Public Services Division at Jacksonville City Hall located at 815 New Bridge Street, Jacksonville, NC 28540.
