Summary of Specifications:
All proposals are due on November 15, 2011 at 3:00PM for the Inground Sliding Scissor Vehicle Lift in New Bridge Street Conference Room of Jacksonville City Hall. Interested bidders must sign this Request for Proposals and complete all necessary documentation and submit their sealed bids marked “Request for Proposals – Inground Sliding Scissor Vehicle Lift, Bid No. FY12-10” to Carmen K. Miracle, City Clerk, Jacksonville City Hall located at 815 New Bridge Street, Jacksonville, NC 28540. The successful bidder must be properly licensed to do business in the City of Jacksonville. The City is exempt from Federal Excise Tax. The City’s Federal Tax Identification Number is 56-6000232. The City is not exempt from NC State & County Sales Tax. Such taxes shall be shown as a separate item on all invoices. The Jacksonville City Council reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids, and to accept that Bid or Bids which appear to be in the Owner's best interest.
