Summary of Specifications:
I. Introduction and General Description of Work The City of Jacksonville is soliciting proposals for the construction of a splash pad and associated site work at Jack Amyette Recreation Park, located at 1825 South Drive. This project consists of, but is not limited to planning, furnishing, permitting, delivering and installing a splash pad and associated utility and site work necessary for a fully functional turnkey project.
II. Submission of Proposals The Proposal Form provided herein shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked as “Proposal – Jack Amyette Splash Pad.” It shall be accompanied by supporting written materials as described herein. The sealed Proposal Form and written materials shall be submitted to the City of Jacksonville at the following address:

The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals with or without cause, and to accept proposals which it considers most favorable. All proposal amounts shall be guaranteed for not less than ninety (90) days after the proposal submittal deadline. Proposals must be received before 5:00 PM on July 31, 2015.
