Summary of Specifications:
The City of Jacksonville, NC Information Technology ServicesDept is requesting quotes for GENERIC toner suppliesfor the City. This is a request for quotes only. Once an award has been issued, a purchase order will be placed. Shipment of items must be immediate and all in one delivery.The quotes must include amounts for delivery and taxes if applicable. The invoice must be included with the shipment.We are asking for Generic Printer supply quotes of good quality only Any faxed quotes may be sent to (910)938-5043 Attention Angela Conboy or emailed to aconboy@ci.jacksonville.nc.us. Any questions may be addressed via Email at: aconboy@ci.jacksonville.nc.us. No phone calls please. Items requested may be less when placing an order , and the winning quote may be asked to make changes if we order fewer items. The City of Jacksonville reserves the right to cancel the request for bid once quotes have been received.The City may also award from an outside source not listed on Bidnet if their quotes are less than those received on Bidnet. Payment of items will be net 30. Any company whose quote is selected for purchase must complete a Vendor Application Form within 3 business days.Failure to so so, will result in the bid being awarded to someone else. Quotes must include the following: Business address, fax, email and contact person. This is an all or nothing request for supplies.No partial quotes will be selected.
