The City of Jacksonville is requesting BIDS for Former Water Plant Fence and Building Project located in Jacksonville, North Carolina:
The Former Water Plant Fence Project includes the relocation of an existing fence and demolition of a former well house structure. The Former Water Plant is located adjacent to the Jacksonville Water Tower located at Railroad Street and Wantland Street in Jacksonville, NC. The project consists of removing an existing fence, demolition of a small former well house structure and installation of new fencing. The work includes all equipment, labor, material, and services required for the Former Water Plant Fence Project as described in the supplied project description and contract documents.
All bids are to be returned to Jim Higgins by 4:00 PM on June 19, 2009 at the Engineering Division at Jacksonville City Hall located at 815 New Bridge Street, Jacksonville, NC 28540.
The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined and/or obtained at the office of the Engineering Division located at Jacksonville City Hall located at 815 New Bridge Street, Jacksonville, NC 28540. Persons requesting shipment of documents shall bear the additional, non-refundable cost of shipment.
The Jacksonville City Council reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids, and to accept that Bid or Bids which appear to be in the Owner's best interest.
