RFB-3037 - Repair Ceiling 122 Maypatch

Summary of Specifications:
Replace damaged, sagging, and crumbled ceiling. Cut out bad damaged material up to joist. Repair all sagging problems. Remove all damaged material. Cut the new piece to fit the section that was removed. Ceiling shall not have any sag. Paint entire ceiling matching the texture of existing ceiling. Drop light fixture and box. Replace with new fixture. Check for condition of wiring and materials. Replace all defective materials and install needed equipment. 

Paint (and prime if required) entire ceiling to a uniform consistency with a minimum of two coats of quality paint in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations. Paint texture shall be the same as existing.
