Summary of Specifications:
The scope of this project is the renovation for 4 youth baseball fields. All proposals are to be returned to Melody Strickland by 3:00 pm on Thursday, July 3, 2014. Interested bidders must complete the signature section of this Request for Proposal and either fax it to (910)938-9520 or deliver it to Melody Strickland at the Athletics Division located at, 100 Recreation Lane, Jacksonville, NC 28546.

The Jacksonville City Council reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all Proposals, and to accept that Proposal or Proposals which appear to be in the Owner's best interest.
