Quotes
All quotes are due by 12:00 p.m. on April 28, 2016 for circuit control repair parts for the electrical building at Land Treatment Site noted on this request for quotes. Interested bidders must sign this request for quotes and either email it to Markus Williams at mwilliams@jacksonvillenc.gov or deliver it to the Public Services Department, Utilities Maintenance Division, at 350 B South Marine Blvd., Jacksonville, NC 28540.
Qualifications
The successful bidder must be properly licensed to do buisness in the City of Jacksonville. The City is exempt from Federal Excise Tax. Our Federal Tax Identification Number is 56-6000232. The City is not exempt from NC State & County Sales Tax. Such taxes shall be shown as a seperate item on all invoices.
Rights
The Jacksonville City Council reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all quotes, and to accept that quote or quotes which appear to be in the Owner's best interest.
Inspection
All materials/supplies shall be the subject of inspection by the Manager at time of delivery.
Quotes to Be Retained
Quotes are to remain valid for a period not to exceed 30 days.
