Description

The City of Jacksonville is seeking quotes for the procurement and installation of Cabinets and Countertops for the employee breakroom kitchen. All quotes are due by 12:00 p.m. on September 18, 2023 for the Cabinets and Countertops noted on this Request for Quotes. Interested bidders must sign this Request for Quotes and either email it to Wesley Foy at wfoy@jacksonvillenc.gov or deliver it to the Public Services Department, Engineering Division, at Jacksonville City Hall, 815 New Bridge Street, Jacksonville, NC 28540.

The following criteria will be used to make a determination as to which vendor is selected:

Cost: Overall cost of this purchase will be an important factor in our selection. The cost of the Cabinets, Countertops, Fittings and Accessories, installation and shipping costs are to be entered into the chart found in Section IX, Product Specifications. All fittings and accessories should be included in the total cost. 50%
Compatibility: Required specifications must be meet in order to be considered. 25%
Installation: Installation costs will be considered. 25%

Specifications
The Cabinets, Countertops, and fittings and accessories will be located in the City Hall employee break room. Attached to this RFQ are the plans for these cabinets and countertops as a guide to what is looking to be installed. Vendor should provide a variety of colors and materials to choose from as well as brochures. Attention should be given to the General Notes section in order to understand ADA compliances and specifics on what is being required.
