The City of Jacksonville is seeking quotes for the following:

*2- Barnes Single Phase Pumps to be used at City of Jacksonville pumping station.
*Specifications for pumps:
Duplex NEMA 4X stainless steel panel with 3 point latch and inner door

UL listed panel
Main control panel circuit breaker
Main power distribution block
Surge protector
Phase Monitor
Four (4) float control system logic
Intrinsically safe float relays
Lag pump time delay relay
Individual Pump circuit breakers
Individual NEMA starters with overloads and auxiliary contacts for each pump
HOA switches for each pump
ETM’s for each pump
Manual pump run push button for each pump
Oil tight pilot lights and switches
Push to test LED style pilot lights
Pump alternator
Labels for all lights, switches, pushbuttons, relays, etc…..
115 volt circuit breakers as follows: control power, condensation heater, GFCI receptacle, Mission Control transformer/RTU. One (1) spare
Control panel condensation heater
GFCI receptacle
Seal failure relays
All necessary relays
All necessary terminal blocks
All necessary fuses
Auxiliary contacts for monitoring the following: pump run status, pump seal failure, pump over temp, motor overload, phase failure and, high water alarm
Alarm circuitry to include the following: alarm light, alarm horn, silence button, reset button.
Install Missions Wet Well Module
Install Missions Flat Pack in panel (M800 provided by owner)
Install Missions current sensors in panel
Two (2) capacitor kits as required for each pump.
Interface wiring of Wet Well Monitoring Equipment within the Pump Control Panel
