Summary of Specifications:
The City of Jacksonville is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from Architectural Firms for contract services to prepare design drawings, specifications, and bid documents for the construction of a Public Safety Complex. The selected Firm shall also be responsible for obtaining all federal, state, and local permits necessary to construct this facility. The City, at its option, may elect to include Construction Administration into the Scope of Services.
The selected Firm should be prepared to have this project ready for bid within 365 calendar days from Notice to Proceed.
Statement of qualifications shall be submitted to the Chief Mike Yaniero, Jacksonville Police Department, City of Jacksonville, 206 Marine Boulevard, Jacksonville, NC 28541, no later than 5:00 PM, September 12, 2008. Eight copies should be submitted.
The City of Jacksonville reserves the right to reject any and all submittals.
The Firm shall provide professional architectural and engineering services related to the preparation of construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents of said project.
