The work includes mowing of the established grass areas listed below in a neat and workmanlike manner. Vegetation is to be cut to a uniform height of 2 ½ inches. Vegetation around structures, walks, flower beds, trees, parking lots, fences, and other similar items shall be mowed and/or trimmed to provide a neat and finished appearance. Fences are to be kept clear of all growth.
An initial clearing of a 4’ perimeter of each location outside of the fence will be required which might involve some tree and/or brush removal and disposal at some sites. Additionally, the bidder will have to cut back any low lying tree branches overhanging access drives.

This bi-monthly mowing is expected during the months of July, August and September in addition to April, May and June.
