Summary of Specifications:
The City of Jacksonville is soliciting a Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified Consultants to prepare a comprehensive Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) mandated “Analysis of Impediments” (AI) to fair housing choice. The regulatory basis for this initiative is found at 24 CFR 91.225(a)1 (HUD Consolidated Plan Certifications). The analysis will be used to evaluate, monitor, address, and resolve Fair Housing issues.

The Consultant shall have one-hundred (100) days to submit the draft AI and an additional twenty (20) days to complete the final AI.

The City of Jacksonville reserves the right to reject any and all submittals.
