Summary of Specifications:
The City of Jacksonville ITS Department is seeking quotes for printer supplies. All supplies must be name brand. No remanufactured or OEM quotes will be accepted.Payment must be net 30 and the winning quote must include shipping and taxes and the quote must be complete. Incomplete quotes will not be considered. The willing company must submit a vendor application and be registered with the City of Jacksonville as a vendor within 24 hours of acceptance of the quote. All quotes must contain contact information, to include address and phone numbers, and well as email and fax numbers. When the quote is accepted, the winning vendor will receive a purchase order within a few days.Upon receipt, items must be shipped. All Items must be shipped at the same time. No backordered items please. Please send the bill for all items,on one bill, not broken up by shipment. The City of Jacksonville has the right to change, by adding or reducing or canceling this request for bids.The winning bid will be posted on Bidnet, and the winner notified by email or phone call.
