The City of Jacksonville is requesting Bid Proposals for the purchase and installation of thirty-one level transducers and cabling. Proposals that do not meet the minimum requirements as stated within the specifications will be deemed as non-responsive. Refer to the specifications and bid form for more information. 

Sealed Proposals will be received, by the City Clerk’s Office of the City of Jacksonville, North Carolina, located at , 815 New Bridge Street, P.O. Box 128, Jacksonville, NC 28541, until 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on Tuesday, November 4, 2014 at which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Jacksonville City Hall, Conference Room A&B. Any proposals received later than the specified time will not be accepted or considered. The sealed proposal must be clearly marked “PROPOSAL FOR PURCHASE AND INSTALL OF LEVEL TRANSDUCERS - BID NO. FY 15-01A-RE-BID”. The City of Jacksonville, NC assumes no responsibility for unmarked or incorrectly marked proposals.
