Summary of Specifications:
GENERAL The purpose of these specifications is to describe a POTHOLE PATCHER. This Pothole Patcher is to be mounted on a Sterling or Freightliner truck, painted white. Hot Mix is uniformly warmed and /or held to constant temperature by an electrical heat system that is thermostatically controlled and supplied by an on board AC generator. There is no heating oil used in the hopper heating system, eliminating the need for maintaining a hot oil system and frequent refills of propane.

TRADE-IN This request for quote includes a trade-in offer for a 1999, Pro-Patcher mounted on an International Truck. Bidders are encourage to submit bids with or with out trade-in. Bidders can arrange a time and date to inspect the Pro-patch by calling the Street Division Equipment Manager at 910-938-5334.

REQUIRED DELIVERY DATE Patcher is to be delivered no later than February 15, 2006
