Summary of Specifications:
I. Quotes Due All quotes are due on 11/22/13 by 3 p.m. for Saddlemates. Interested bidders must sign this Request for Quotes and fax it to (910) 938-5069 or email cgagnon@jacksonvillenc.gov. II. Qualifications The successful bidder must be properly licensed to do business in the City of Jacksonville. The City is exempt from Federal Excise Tax. Our Federal Tax Identification Number is 56-6000232. The City is not exempt from NC State & County Sales Tax. Such taxes shall be shown as a separate item on all invoices. III. Rights The Jacksonville City Council reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids, and to accept that Bid or Bids which appear to be in the Owner's best interest. IV. Inspection All materials/supplies shall be the subject of inspection by the Project Manager at time of delivery. V. Quotes to be Retained Quotes are to remain valid for a period not to exceed 30 days. VI. Questions Potential bidders may direct questions to Charlotte Gagnon at (910) 938-5250. VII. Specifications See product list for specifications. Delivered to City of Jacksonville, Parks Division, 1125 Commons Dr. N, Jacksonville, NC 28546.
