Interested bidders must sign the attached Request for Quotes and either email it to mamitchell@jacksonvillenc.gov or deliver to Mary Ann Mitchell at the Finance Division at Jacksonville City Hall located at 815 New Bridge Street, Jacksonville, NC 28540. The quantities listed are not guaranteed to be purchased. These vests will be fitted and ordered at various times throughout our fiscal year (July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018) to be delivered as needed through June 30, 2018.
